If you wish to receive a consultation by email or text message, we will need some information from you.  You can provide us with that information by completing the form below. We can assure you that this information will be kept strictly confidential by the Return My Vote staff and we will never share your personal information without your explicit permission. If you decide that you prefer to communicate this personal information directly to one of our consultants during a live consultation, you may schedule an appointment by going to our Live Consultation appointment page and choosing a date and time that is convenient for you.

Once you submit the form, we will generally be able to respond back to you within one business day to begin the consultation process.

What Information Will You Receive through the Consultation Process?

Once we receive your information, we will review Alacourt, Alabama’s database of all civil and criminal cases, and determine whether there are felony convictions that have resulted in the loss of your voting rights. Additionally, the Alacourt review will inform whether any fines, fees or restitution remain outstanding on the conviction or convictions that have resulted in the loss of voting rights. We communicate this information to you via text or email. We will let you whether you are eligible to register to vote or whether voting rights must be restored first. We will provide you with whatever assistance you need to complete the restoration process. If you are not eligible to have your voting rights restored, we can help you develop a plan to satisfy any conditions that are keeping you from restoring your voting rights.
